Lodging Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation fee is $150.00. Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival date or will be billed for the entirety of the booking. (Example: A reservation for January 4th would need to be cancelled by 4:00pm on January 1st to avoid full billing for the stay). RV and Camp Sites will also be charged a $150.00 non-refundable cancellation fee (up to the first $150.00 in charges).

Holiday Reservations: Any reservation that falls within 7 days of a holiday, pre or post, will be considered a Holiday Reservation. Holiday Reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival date or will be billed for the entirety of the booking. Whistlin' Jack Lodge observes the following holidays under this policy: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Valentine's Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Halloween, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.

Large Party Reservations: Any reservation blocking 4 accommodations or more will be considered a Large Party Reservation. Large Party Reservations must be canceled 14 days prior to arrival date or will be billed for the entirety of the booking. A $150 cancellation fee will be imposed per unit rented, as well. (Example: 4 units rented and cancelled within the correct cancellation timeframe would result in a $600 cancellation fee, $150 per unit booked).

A $25 fee per unit, per night will be incurred for changing dates to existing reservations, prior to applicable cancellation policy timeframe. No changes may be made to reservations within the cancellation timeframe.

No shows and early departures will be charged in full and are non-refundable.
