Lodging Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation fee is $25.00. Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival date or will be be billed for the entire booking. (Example: A reservation for January 4th would need to be cancelled by 3:00PM on January 1st to avoid full billing for the stay).
Holiday Reservations: Any reservation that falls within 7 days of a holiday, pre or post, will be considered a Holiday Reservation. Holiday reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival date or will be billed for the entirety of the booking. Whistlin' Jack's Lodge observes the following holidays under this policy: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Halloween, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Large Party Reservations: Any reservation blocking 4 accommodations or more will be considered a Large Party Reservation. Large Party Reservations must be canceled 14 days prior to arrival date or will be billed for the entirety of the booking. A $25.00 cancellation fee will be imposed per unit rented, as well. (Example: 4 units rented and cancelled within the correct cancellation timeframe would result in a $100.00 cancellation fee, $25.00 per unit booked).
